Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and administrative support for implementing and monitoring quality management systems.
- Identify and lead Quality Improvement Projects (QIP) for process enhancement.
- Strengthen quality processes using quality tools and techniques to improve performance.
- Coordinate with Heads of Department (HODs) to identify improvement opportunities and implement roadmaps.
- Support in conceptualizing and coordinating operational projects and new initiatives.
- Review and update departmental policies, objectives, and procedures with HODs.
- Conduct quality training programs, mock drills, and audits (including file and documentation audits).
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Prepare and present Management Review outcomes with input from HODs.
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, legal, and environmental standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
- Participate actively in patient safety and quality improvement programs.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality role within hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities.
- Experience in aesthetic or dental clinics is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, audits, and improvement methodologies.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Proficient in data collection, reporting, and presentation.
- Excellent communication and training skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Familiar with UAE healthcare regulations and standards (DOH/HAAD/DHA knowledge is a plus).
