Quality Inspector
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct daily quality checks (appearance, weight, texture, packaging, labeling, shelf-life).
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards including HACCP, GMP, and Saudi regulations.
- Identify and report any deviations, defects, or non-conformities in products or processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality reports.
- Assist in employee training on quality, hygiene, and safety practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in quality inspection/quality assurance in a food manufacturing industry (bakery preferred).
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and KSA regulations.
