Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team, responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality and condition of vehicles within our fleet. The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet operations or rental car companies, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles upon check-in and check-out for damages, cleanliness, and overall condition.
• Record inspection findings and update reports accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and operations teams for repairs or servicing.
• Ensure all vehicles meet company quality standards before delivery to customers.
• Assist in maintaining inspection logs and supporting documentation.
• Support the operations team in daily fleet coordination tasks when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in fleet management or rental car operations is preferred.
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
• Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office or similar tools).
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
