Job Description: Quality Management & ISO Documentation Engineer

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore

Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Mon–Fri) – Night Shift

Role Overview

Responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), developing procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

•  Quality Management & Compliance
•  Implement and maintain QMS, Quality Manuals, and procedures
•  Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100 standards
•  Manage document control systems and SOPs
•  Audits & Reporting
•  Plan and conduct internal and external audits
•  Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
•  Track, analyze, and report KPIs and quality metrics
•  Process Improvement
•  Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
•  Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Poka-Yoke techniques
•  Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
•  Cross-Functional Coordination
•  Work with procurement, design, operations, and supply chain teams
•  Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external auditors
•  Provide quality training and awareness across teams
• Technical Skills & Knowledge
•  Strong understanding of ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100
•  Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC
•  Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma methodologies
•  Familiarity with ISO14001 and Health & Safety practices
•  Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing processes

Qualifications & Experience

•  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
•  Experience in Quality Assurance (manufacturing environment preferred)
•  Exposure to medical or aerospace industry is an advantage
•  Experience working with customers and suppliers
•  Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
