What Kind of Candidate Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality systems and documentation processes within a food or beverage production facility
• Practical experience and auditing knowledge in food safety management systems such as FSSC 22000, BRC, and IFS
• Proficiency in food safety culture, internal audit processes, and system documentation
• Strong systems-thinking approach with analytical thinking, communication, and coordination skills
• Team-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Competent in MS Office applications; experience with digital quality systems such as SAP QM is preferred
• Ability to travel as needed for audits and training activities

What Will You Do as a Quality Management Systems Executive at Anadolu Etap Beverage?

• Responding to customer technical documentation requests and managing relevant records within the scope of food safety systems
• Planning and executing GMP and internal system audits in all production facilities in compliance with FSSC 22000 food safety standards
• Managing the revision processes of procedures, instructions, and forms related to food safety and quality systems
• Following up on certifications and audit actions related to organic production
• Systematically evaluating customer complaints, performing root cause analyses, and following up on corrective and preventive actions
• Planning, executing, and reporting supplier audits within the scope of food safety
• Planning and delivering training programs to promote a strong food safety culture
• Supporting the implementation of quality processes through digital systems such as SAP
• Monitoring regulations such as the Turkish Food Codex, EU legislation, FDA, and Codex, and integrating them into the company’s systems
• Actively participating in process improvement initiatives related to quality and food safety systems
• Supporting preparation processes for customers, certification body, and official authority audits
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting quality system performance indicators (KPIs)
