Quality Management Systems Lead

We’re hiring a Quality Management Systems Lead to oversee and manage all Quality Management System (QMS) contractual requirements for a major facility in Riyadh.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring full compliance with quality standards, regulations, and client requirements. You’ll lead the implementation and maintenance of QMS processes, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across all quality-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill all QMS contractual and regulatory requirements
• Implement and maintain quality assurance systems in line with ISO and industry standards
• Conduct internal and external audits, and manage corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with client and project-specific quality requirements
• Support management in quality-related initiatives and reporting
• Coordinate with project teams to embed quality across all operations
• Prepare quality documentation and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Safety Management, or a related field
• ISO and Quality Assurance certification is required
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong command of English; Arabic is preferred
