🧭 Hiring: Quality Manager – EPC Power & Energy Projects

📍 Ahmadi, Kuwait

Drive quality excellence across major EPC/EPCM projects, ensuring world-class standards in safety, compliance, and performance for large-scale energy and infrastructure developments.

What you’ll do:

• Lead site quality assurance and control across multi-discipline EPC works.
• Ensure full compliance with project specifications, codes, and international standards.
• Oversee inspection, test plans (ITPs), NCR management, and audit programs.
• Collaborate with EPC contractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve technical issues.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.

What we’re looking for:

• 15+ years’ experience in quality within EPC/EPCM/PMC projects (oil & gas, power, or infrastructure).
• At least 10 years of which is in managing quality for CCGT/Coal/Thermal Power Plant projects.
• Must have strong EPC experience in dealing with IPP projects.
• Strong background in QA/QC systems, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead multi-discipline quality teams across large-scale sites.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic an advantage.
