Quality Manager

2M Plast Group (Mega2M – Fenix) is a leading manufacturer in the PVC and Fire Protection industry, proudly headquartered in Cairo, Egypt.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality control and assurance functions across our operations. This is a strategic, hands-on role ensuring that every product leaving our factories meets the highest standards of performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001.
• Lead internal/external audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Oversee daily quality control on production lines.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and compliance teams to resolve quality issues.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Management / Quality Assurance (any manufacturing or industrial field).
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional team management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication in both English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a strong plus.
