Job Title: Quality Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Riyadh

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality policies and procedures across all company departments.
• Monitor the application of quality standards and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Conduct periodic reviews and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage and guide quality teams to achieve set objectives.
• Handle complaints and resolve quality issues efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare quality reports for senior management and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Follow up on relevant government policies and regulations and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in quality management, preferably in [trade / food / manufacturing] sectors.
• Strong knowledge of local and international quality standards (e.g., ISO).
• Familiarity with relevant government policies and regulations.y
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
