Assistant Manager - Reliability

At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Assistant Manager – Reliability plays a crucial role in supporting the department leader by handling a wide range of tasks and projects. This position is responsible for ensuring the quality and adherence to standards across all maintenance activities, contributing directly to the reliability, efficiency and safety of our assets. The Assistant Manager - Reliability will develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures, conduct inspections, analyze data, and drive conations improvement within the maintenance function.

JOB-SPECIFIC:

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of maintenance tools, equipment, and work InProgress and upon completion to verify compliance with established procedures.
• Monitor and analyze quality matrices related to maintenance, such as rework rates, failure analysis and compliance with work order procedures
• Document the non conformances deviations and quality issues.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) investigation for quality related failures.
• Participate in developing training programs and deliver trainings on quality control procedures and standard for maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate closely with operation teams, HSE teams and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of quality requirements.
• Inspect and verify the quality and conformity of received spare part, materials , and tools against purchase orders, specifications, and quality standard.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards in all maintenance planning activities.
• Collaborate with the Procurement department to resolve issues related to deliveries or discrepancies.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Prepare regular report on maintenance quality performance.
• Follow-up on incident reports related to assets within the CMMS.

Requirements

BSc/BA in Mechanical, Electrical or civil engineering or a related technical field

0-3+ years of experience in a similar role in technical or maintenance projects

Computer Skills: Advanced in Microsoft Office Tools

Languages: Fluent in English

Professional certifications in Quality Management

Experience in implementing and auditing ISO 9001 and ISO 55001

Must have strong understanding of technical terminology and operational processes.
