Quality Manager

Mad Parfumeur is one of the leading players in the Turkish perfume and cosmetics industry. We are expanding our quality systems and are seeking a talented Quality Manager based in Ankara, who will lead and enhance our quality systems and ensure world-class product standards across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system (QMS) in line with ISO and GMP standards
• Lead quality control and assurance activities for perfumes and upcoming cosmetic products
• Manage packaging and raw material and finished product inspections, laboratory testing, and release processes
• Drive continuous improvement (CI), root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions (CAPA)
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, audits, and certification processes
• Supervise and develop the quality team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the cosmetics, fragrance, or FMCG industries
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 22716, and related cosmetic regulations
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
