Our operations support specialty projects and engineered components for industrial and off-highway customers, including companies such as John Deere.
Our Holt, Michigan facility, a 35-employee composite manufacturing operation, produces complex components where material integrity, process discipline, and consistent quality standards are essential. The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead and strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS) at our Holt facility. This role is responsible for ISO compliance, audit leadership, defect reduction initiatives, customer quality performance, and continuous improvement across plant operations.
This position requires strong floor presence. The Quality Manager will work directly with production, operations, and leadership to ensure manufacturing processes consistently meet internal standards and customer specifications.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000, commensurate with experience. Exceptional candidates may be considered up to $95,000.
