Quality Manager - BRT

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Madinah for the BRT project, Saudi Arabia. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality management systems across our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Develop, implement, and oversee quality management systems and processes throughout the organization
• Lead and conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks
• Implement root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Provide leadership and guidance to quality team members and other departments on quality-related matters
• Manage and mitigate quality-related risks in organizational operations
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality management
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality metrics
• Lead quality training programs for employees across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management
• Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in root cause analysis, statistical process control, and Lean Six Sigma techniques
• Strong understanding of industry-specific quality standards and regulations
• Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools
• Excellent project management and risk assessment skills
• Proven track record of developing and implementing quality policies and procedures
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating quality teams
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and quality management software
• Relevant experience in Transit, Transportation or related Field.
