Quality Manager – Dairy

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in the dairy industry to oversee and maintain the highest quality standards in our production facility.

The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international food safety regulations, implementing quality control systems, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to guarantee product excellence and consumer safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems (QMS) in line with dairy industry standards.

* Ensure compliance with * ISO, HACCP, GMP, and local food safety regulations *.

* Supervise quality control tests for raw milk, processing, and finished dairy products.

* Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external regulatory authorities.

* Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.

* Train and mentor staff on quality and hygiene best practices.

* Collaborate with production, supply chain, and R\&D teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or related field.

* Minimum 7-10 years of experience in quality management within the dairy sector.

* Strong knowledge of dairy processing, testing, and safety standards.

* Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and audit management skills.

* excellent in English & arabic is an asset
