- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; Chartered/Licensed status preferred.
- 14+ years’ experience, including 7+ years in quality management; regional experience preferred.
- Develop and implement quality management systems for pipeline, drainage, and surface water projects.
- Lead audits, inspections, and corrective action processes to ensure compliance and performance improvement.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and Ashghal quality requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure projects
