Quality Manager (El Gouna)

The Factory Quality Manager provides the leadership necessary to establish and maintain quality levels of products through sanitation, ingredient, and packaging and quality systems management. Role is the Guardian of quality compliance and challenger of all functions across the value chain to drive Continuous Improvements, support to Operations, Supply Chain, and Consumer Services, while fostering a cross functional quality, compliance and performance culture. Is responsible for the leadership and the development, implementation and management of all Quality Assurance programs and activities. Provides technical expertise and support to ensure compliance to NQMS / FSSC 22000, regulatory requirements, product quality, and food safety. Utilizes tools such as auditing, process evaluation, trend analysis to achieve continuous improvement and business objectives. Reports to the Factory Manager with a functional reporting line to Corporate Quality Management.

As a Plant Quality Manager, you will join our Quality Department and lead a team Quality Specialists that are the voice of the customer.

Experience Manager

  • Guarantee a harmonized and fair way of evaluating the quality of service and speech across all channels and at the outsourcers
  • Define observable and measurable Customer Care & Sales Specialists’ behaviors that impact customer satisfaction and constantly update the quality monitoring processes accordingly
  • Integrate the brand purpose and communication style into the quality monitoring process, promoting it as a powerful lever to boost customer engagement
  • Lead and collaborate on end-to-end projects to generate better customer satisfaction and improve customer journey by collecting data, analyzing route-causes and benchmarking with other industries
  • Ensure relevant reporting for leaders and stakeholders
  • Challenge all processes impacting the quality of customer experience and the efficiency of the operations
  • Coach and guide all Customer Facing Teams in their understanding of the quality scope and tools
  • Act as a change agent by clarifying objectives and reasons behind a change, understanding the personal implications of team members involved and helping them step out their comfort zone.
