Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear documentation scope & operating model.
  • Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
  • Review software requirements and design documentation.
  • Design, implement, code, test, and maintain systems integration solutions for total system subsystems.
  • Work with local and international teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of services documentation requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of legal documentation.
  • Oversee land related liaisoning and closures including land registration/title transfer and contouring.
  • Coordinate corporate affairs, liaisoning, and compliance activities.
  • Organize and produce Beta and Gamma version documentation prior to rollout.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in documentation.
  • Expertise in business requirement analysis, requirement gathering, wire framing, and client handling.
  • Familiarity with food safety & GMP requirements, AIB, FSSC 22000, customer complaints, and relevant quality standards.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality documentation meeting applicable standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, and other documentation tools.
  • Understanding of data relationships and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability and willingness to think independently and take a flexible approach to documentation processes.
