Responsibilities

Maintain clear documentation scope & operating model.

Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.

Review software requirements and design documentation.

Design, implement, code, test, and maintain systems integration solutions for total system subsystems.

Work with local and international teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of services documentation requirements.

Ensure timely closure of legal documentation.

Oversee land related liaisoning and closures including land registration/title transfer and contouring.
-
Coordinate corporate affairs, liaisoning, and compliance activities.

Organize and produce Beta and Gamma version documentation prior to rollout.
Requirements
-
8 to 10 years of experience in documentation.

Expertise in business requirement analysis, requirement gathering, wire framing, and client handling.

Familiarity with food safety & GMP requirements, AIB, FSSC 22000, customer complaints, and relevant quality standards.

Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to deliver high-quality documentation meeting applicable standards.

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, and other documentation tools.

Understanding of data relationships and strong analytical skills.

Ability and willingness to think independently and take a flexible approach to documentation processes.
Note: Candidates in the local area are preferred.
