Quality Officer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Officer to join our home healthcare . The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a healthcare facility in Al Ain or Abu Dhabi, with strong knowledge of DOH regulations, healthcare quality standards, and accreditation requirements.

This role is essential in ensuring compliance, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement healthcare quality standards and policies
• Ensure compliance with DOH Abu Dhabi regulations
• Coordinate internal audits and regulatory inspections
• Track and analyze KPIs (clinical & operational indicators)
• Lead incident reporting review and corrective action plans
• Support accreditation preparation (DOH / JCIA / other standards if applicable)
• Conduct staff education on quality and patient safety
• Prepare monthly quality reports for management

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
✔ Minimum 3–5 years experience in healthcare quality in Al Ain or Abu Dhabi
✔ Strong knowledge of DOH regulations and healthcare compliance
✔ Experience in audit processes and KPI monitoring
✔ Familiarity with incident reporting systems
✔ Strong analytical and documentation skills

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
