Experience: Minimum 2-5+ Years in Healthcare Hospital, Clinic or/and Medical Fitness Operations (UAE experience is must)

Role Description:

We are seeking a Quality Officer with proven experience in the Hospital, clinic or medical fitness sector to oversee operational quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement efforts. This role ensures that all clinical and administrative processes align with internal standards, UAE healthcare regulations, and international best practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of leading quality initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field
  • CPHQ or equivalent quality certification preferred.
  • Strong background in healthcare quality, audits, and compliance.
  • Experience in a clinic, outpatient facility, or medical fitness center is a must.
  • Familiarity with UAE regulatory bodies (DHA, DH) and healthcare accreditation standards (JCI, ISO).
  • Sound knowledge of SOP development, internal audits, CAPA processes, and risk assessments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical thinking.
  • Proficient in MS Office and quality monitoring tools.
  • Ability to lead training sessions and coach staff on quality protocols.
  • High attention to detail and regulatory accuracy.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, admin, and compliance teams

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all clinic and fitness operations meet UAE healthcare regulatory standards DHA and accreditation requirements (e.g., JCI, ISO).
  • Oversee the implementation and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
  • Ensure Authority Matrix guidelines are strictly followed; escalate deviations as per protocol.
  • Monitor accuracy and timely processing of service-related documentation (e.g., consent forms, policy documents, service endorsements) within agreed turnaround times.
  • Enforce full compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks including AML, FATCA, data privacy, and others as per guidance from the Legal & Compliance team.
  • Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and quality inspections across clinical and admin functions.
  • Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) processes based on incident reports or audit findings.
  • Monitor quality performance indicators and maintain robust documentation of all reports and activities.
  • Guide and coach operational and clinical teams to maintain high standards of care and service.
  • Optimize internal processes to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support leadership during external audits, inspections, and license/accreditation renewals
  • Promote a culture of patient safety, continuous learning, and service excellence

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with QMS tools, compliance platforms, and audit tracking systems.
  • Understanding of EMR systems and clinical documentation workflows.

Ability to interpret healthcare data and generate reports for management

Note: Experience in Health care sector is mandatory
