Quality Officer - Healthcare

Job Title: Quality Officer

Department: Quality
Reporting To: Quality Manager

Job Purpose

Responsible for implementing and supporting quality management, quality improvement, and performance monitoring processes to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and regulatory compliance across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of facility‑wide quality improvement and performance management programs.
  • Coordinate quality initiatives with departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and report quality and performance data (KPIs, JAWDA, clinical indicators).
  • Facilitate internal audits, clinical audits, and accreditation‑related activities.
  • Monitor action plans and follow up with departments to close identified gaps.
  • Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records in an accurate and organized manner.
  • Communicate performance findings and support improvement initiatives across departments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Performance Management, Healthcare, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of relevant quality or performance improvement experience.
  • Healthcare facility experience preferred.
  • CPHQ certification required; other quality certifications are an advantage.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
