Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quality audits to evaluate compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform detailed quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to identify deviations.
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures that enhance product reliability and process efficiency.
• Maintain and improve quality management systems by documenting findings, updating protocols, and supporting corrective actions.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for quality issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
• Collect and analyze data related to product defects, process variations, and inspection results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support manufacturing teams by providing guidance on quality systems and best practices to ensure consistent product excellence.

Skills

• Proven experience in conducting quality audits, inspections, and control activities within manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, quality management systems (QMS), and industry standards such as ISO or AS9100.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Familiarity with QA/QC tools such as control charts, Pareto analysis, and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA).
• Ability to perform thorough quality inspections while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to document findings clearly and collaborate with diverse teams on quality initiatives.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems integration, and compliance requirements essential for continuous improvement.
