Quality Specialist (Food Safety)

pladis is looking for Quality Specialist (Food Safety) for our pladis Türkiye Gebze Factory.

What will be your key deliverables?

• Coordinating all activities related to the establishment, maintenance and development of the quality system,
• To follow the company's quality targets and to create the necessary records,
• To plan the internal audits within the scope of Quality Management systems and to ensure that the audits are carried out and the reports are maintained,
• To establish the coordination of corrective and preventive actions,
• To control the effectiveness and up-to-dateness of the quality documentation at specified periods,
• To plan and conduct internal audits and GMP audits within the scope of Quality and Food Safety, to follow up the actions, to make regular reports.

What do you need for this role?

• Graduated from the Food or Chemical Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience in Process Quality and Quality Management Systems,
• Proficiency in English,
• Good knowledge of production process. (Preferably gum & candy industry, etc.),
• Good command in MS Office Programs,
• Good analytical skills, and ability to work detail-oriented and, process-oriented,
• Have knowlegde of IFS, BRC, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000,
• Good knowledge of SAP and QDMS programs.
