pladis is looking for Quality Specialist (Process) for our pladis TR Ülker Bisküvi Gebze Factory.

A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:




Responsibilities



  • Coordinating all activities related to the establishment, maintenance and development of the quality system.
  • To follow the company's quality targets and to create the necessary records,
  • To plan the internal audits within the scope of Quality Management systems and to ensure that the audits are carried out and the reports are maintained,
  • To establish the coordination of corrective and preventive actions
  • To control the effectiveness and up-to-dateness of the quality documentation at specified periods,
  • To plan and conduct internal audits and GMP audits within the scope of Quality and Food Safety, to follow up the actions, to make regular reports.



Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications



  • Graduated from the Food Engineering or Chemistry departments of universities,
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in quality,
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Good knowledge of production process. (Preferably chocolate industry, bakery, dairy products etc.)
  • Good command in MS Office Programs,
  • Good analytical skills, and ability to work detail-oriented and, process-oriented,
  • Have knowlegde of IFS, BRC, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000.
  • Good knowledge of SAP and QDMS programs.
