What Do We Expect From You?

• B.Sc. degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechatronic/Metallurgy and Materials Engineering.

• Knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, ISO9001, etc.).

• Technical drawing and specification interpretation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications,

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,

• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset,

• Ability to effectively manage stakeholders through strong communication skills,

• Goal and result oriented working discipline,

• A mindset that supports continuous learning and personal development,

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions with high emotional resilience,

• Strong data-driven, analytical, and objective decision-making skills,

• Currently residing in Eskişehir or willing to relocate.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of civil aviation regulations (Part21, SHY-21, etc.).

• Auditor experience in auditing a AS9100 environment.

• Training of AS13100 Requirements.

• Knowledge of design and development processes

• Knowledge of special processes.

• Knowledge of safety management systems.

• Experience related to Nadcap accreditation.

• Experience related to the civil aviation product type certification or organisation approvals.

• Knowledge of the use of AS9145 APQP/PPAP and zero defect manufacturing.

The Journey, Powered by You, Begins:

• Participate in the planning, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.

• Coordinate/Participate regulatory, third party and customer audits.

• Conducting both internal and supplier audits in accordance with program.

• Assisting teams on quality improvement and relevant tools (PDCA, Root cause analysis, 8D, etc.).

• Provide trainings for quality management system implementation through the company.

• Support and ensure effective follow-up of audit activities Root Cause and Corrective Action.
