Job Description:

  • Define, implement, and continuously improve system/software/hardware development processes for automotive projects.
  • Ensure compliance with functional safety (ISO 26262), ASPICE 4.0, and cybersecurity regulation and standard; develop effective solutions for safety-related challenges.
  • Utilize and customize ALM tool into process implementation (Experience in CodeBeamer and PTC Modeler is a plus).
  • Administrate ALM and Configuration Management Tools (Azure DevOps, GITHub, etc.)
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers from diverse backgrounds to enhance development processes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in safety-critical software development and ensure compliance with ASPICE.
  • Monitor Issues/Problems and Nonconformance to closure
  • Implement Quality Management System (QMS) practices and conduct internal process audits.
  • Manage and report on internal design audits/assessments/appraisals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in safety-critical software development.
  • Knowledge of the system/software development lifecycle.
  • Understanding ASPICE/SPICE or CMMI guidelines.
  • Experience using and customizing ALM tools for process management (e.g., Codebeamer and PTC Integrity).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in safety-critical software/hardware development.
  • Experience with PLM/ALM tool selection and implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of ASPICE.
  • Internal/Lead Auditor certification.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262).
