Pay range: $25 - $27.50


What You'll Do:

  • Train and verify all Quality Systems seasonal employees on food safety, HACCP, quality procedures, and process requirements to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct audits of food safety, sanitation, quality systems, production processes, records, and product quality to ensure customer specifications and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Monitor quality operations by managing product releases, microbiological sampling, equipment calibration, chemical systems, process deviations, allergen controls, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Operations and leadership teams to communicate quality concerns, reduce waste, support audits and inspections, maintain GMP compliance, and ensure the highest quality finished product.

You will bring the following to the business:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively train, coach, and work within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, including prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing production and business needs.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and quality documentation, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and record management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, including conducting product evaluations, maintaining safety standards, and working flexible schedules, weekends, and off-shifts as needed.
