Quality Technician 2 (Bilingual) – Englewood Cliffs, NJ
This position is seeking a highly detailed and responsible professional to review Concealed Damage Claims from various business partners and support on-time, in-scope strategic program management and planning.
Role Overview As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for evaluating complex evidence to determine the true cause of loss and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders and leaders. This role requires a professional who can balance meticulous document review with the capability of visual storytelling for strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigation & Review: Review claim forms, bills of lading, and inspection reports. Analyze photos and verify the validity of claims to determine if damage occurred during transit.
- Strategic Planning: Perform key program/project management from planning to deliverable development. Collaborate with department leaders to develop short to mid-term planning.
- Executive Communication: Communicate program progress and escalation points to leadership. Develop content for executive-level presentations and reports to achieve buy-in for recommendations.
- Workshop Coordination: Develop content for and coordinate executive workshops and working sessions.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders and facilitate collaboration with diverse groups.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience from a strategy/management consulting firm or within a strategic planning/corporate development function is required. Experience working in a global organization is a plus.
- Language: Bilingual proficiency in Korean is a plus.
- Education: Associate degree or higher; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of product damage evaluation and documentation systems. Proficiency in project management fundamentals is required.
- Skillset: Expert ability to evaluate complex, sometimes contradictory evidence, and strong negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement and settlements.
Visa & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $28.00 – $30.00 / hr (W2 + Benefits).
- Assignment: 12 Months (High chance of extension).
- Location: 700 Sylvan Ave, Englewood Cliffs, NJ (100% Fully Onsite).
