• Preparation of warranty claim manangement reports
• Coordination and improvement of operational process.
• Support ın the use and development of digital tools.
• Providing back-office support to team members.
• Organizing logistics for quality return items sent for investigation.
• Managing commercial registration processess and preparing related reports

• Being a student in engineering department
• Graduating in 3rd grade or 2 years later
• Based in Bursa
• With availability for a minimum of 3 days per week
• Interest in digital tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or similar
• High curiosity and self-learning ambition
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for data processing and analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Interest in business intelligence, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence
• Strong analytical thinking skills, eager to research and open to learning
• Ability to work effectively in a team with strong communication skills
• Good English communication and writing skills
