Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quantexa Business Analyst who can bridge business requirements with technical implementation for Quantexa-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Quantexa concepts , hands-on experience in entity resolution , compounds , and records , and the ability to translate client needs into actionable technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
• Work closely with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into Quantexa solution requirements.
• Document functional specifications, workflows, and data mapping for Quantexa implementations.
• Quantexa Technical Understanding
• Deep understanding of Quantexa platform concepts such as:
• Entity Resolution – linking disparate data sources to create unified entities.
• Compounds – grouping related entities for contextual analysis.
• Records – managing and structuring raw data for Quantexa ingestion.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate configuration and deployment.
• Solution Design & Validation
• Define data models, entity resolution rules, and compound structures based on client use cases.
• Validate Quantexa outputs against business requirements and ensure data quality.
• Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for clients on Quantexa functionalities.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare detailed documentation for business processes, technical workflows, and solution architecture.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Quantexa implementations .
• In-depth knowledge of Quantexa technical concepts (Entity Resolution, Compounds, Records).
• Ability to map business requirements to Quantexa configuration and data models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with data-driven projects in domains like financial crime, fraud detection, or risk analytics .

Preferred Skills

• Quantexa BA Certification (optional but a strong plus).
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts , ETL processes , and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Exposure to graph analytics and data integration .
