Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantitative Trader, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and self-starter individual with a strong quantitative and analytical background to join our trading team. This is an opportunity to learn from experienced traders, quants, and engineers while contributing directly to live trading strategies from day one. The Quantitative Trader will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced trading strategies, conducting statistical analysis, and optimizing algorithmic trading tools. The role involves continuous monitoring and adjustment of trading systems to maximize performance and minimize risk.

What You'll Do

• Research, backtest, and optimize trading strategies with senior traders and quants.
• Analyze large-scale financial datasets to identify opportunities and inefficiencies.
• Build tools/models to support execution, risk management, and strategy refinement.
• Gain exposure to market structure, market making, and high-frequency trading practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Finance .
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or another programming language .
• Familiarity with probability, statistics, and data analysis.
• A natural curiosity about markets and technology.
• Competitive, self-starting mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Prior experience in the financial technology industry is beneficial
