Quantity Control Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Control Engineer to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs.
• Monitor project expenditures and provide cost control reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams to track material usage.
• Analyze variations and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or project cost control.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, bills of quantities, and cost management.
