Quantity cum billing engineer

We are looking for an experienced Quantity cum Billing Engineer for our civil projects in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and billing management. The role requires handling client and subcontractor billing, preparing RA bills and final bills, and maintaining accurate measurement records. The candidate will be responsible for verifying drawings and site measurements, coordinating with planning, procurement, and execution teams, and ensuring all billing activities are carried out in compliance with project standards. The engineer will also manage cost control records, material consumption logs, and work order documentation. Additional responsibilities include certifying subcontractor bills, preparing reconciliation statements, supporting project closure, and tracking project progress to provide timely billing projections. Candidates must have strong analytical and documentation skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP systems, and a solid understanding of CPWD/PWD specifications and IS codes. Applicants should hold a B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 8–10 years of experience in billing and quantity estimation for civil construction projects. The position offers a monthly salary of ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 based on experience.
