Job Description: Quantity Surveyor (Billing)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Quantity Sheets from onsite data and drawings.

Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and bills with item rates as per tender.

Prepare and process Subcontractor Bills.

Take measurements from the Site Engineer and verify.

Ensure work execution and billing are as per company protocols.

Review and verify quantities listed in BOQ.

Check, certify, and approve bills & invoices from vendors and contractors.

Verify site measurements and certify bills accordingly.

Prepare Reconciliation Statements for materials and quantities.

Requirements:

1–4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Billing (Construction / Civil industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, billing, reconciliation & certifications.

Proficiency in MS Excel & Autocad.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Eye for detail and accuracy in billing & documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,827.78 - ₹43,544.10 per month
