Billing Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring timely generation and dispatch of invoices, verifying account information, and resolving any billing discrepancies with clients or internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date billing records and client accounts.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure correct billing data.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Address and resolve billing-related queries from clients and internal departments.
• Assist in reconciling accounts receivable and prepare regular reports on billing status.
• Maintain compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Support audits by providing required billing documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in a billing, accounts receivable, or similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/billing software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of GST and other applicable tax laws (India-specific, if applicable).
• Familiarity with ERP systems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
