Quantity Survey Superintendent

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering

5–10 years of professional experience in industrial projects with a strong background in quantity surveying

Responsible for the review and periodic update of all project quantities in coordination with all relevant disciplines

Preparing variations with supporting documentations and tracking approval status

Supporting quarterly budget updates and providing actual and forecasted quantities

Supporting invoicing process

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit

Experienced in ERP systems

Fluent in English
