Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be estimation, cost control, and BOQ preparation. In addition, the candidate will handle procurement responsibilitiesrelated to project materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs for estimation.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations, and variations.
• Monitor project budgets and provide cost control throughout execution.
• Float inquiries, review supplier quotations, and handle material purchasing when required.
• Coordinate with site, factory, and management teams to ensure material availability.
• Track procurement status (POs, deliveries, powder coating, etc.) to align with project schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in aluminum, steel, or glass works.
• Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost control.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier coordination in the UAE.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) is essential; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
