Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE Experience required.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables for construction projects.
• Measure and value construction work completed on-site.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project cost control and timely payments.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on costs and value.
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and safety standards.
• Assist in the procurement process and in negotiating contracts.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
