Quantity Surveyor

Job Brief:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor, with extensive experience in Dubai’s construction sector. If you have a strong background in BOQs, payment certifications, and contract management, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
• Oversee payment applications and certifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis for projects.
• Assist in contract administration and negotiations.
• Maintain records of variations and financial implications.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience, with at least 10 years in Dubai.
• Must have UAE Driving License
• Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQ preparation, and payment processes.
• Excellent analytical and cost estimation skills.

Salary: AED 15,000 – 18,000
