Quantity Surveyor

Barqtron Engineering Solutions is hiring a "Quantity Surveyor" to join our dynamic team and support ongoing infrastructure and energy projects with cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Measuring work done by contractors and/or subcontractors working on the construction site. Measure and value the work done on-site.
• Verify costing reports/bills of materials through detailed drawings.
• Preparation and verification of the bills from consultant and client.
• measure and value the work done on site
• liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as project managers and site engineers
• select and source construction materials
• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
• Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare payments for contractors and subcontractors
• Advise on property taxes, regulations, and local laws
• Analyze completed projects to determine ROI and compare costs
• Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improve results
• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.

Requirements:

Job Experience:

• 04 to 05 Years of experience in project business

Job Skills:

• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytics
• Invoices
• Commercial
