Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Commercial Administration
- Oversee all aspects of commercial administration and contract management post-award.
2. Change Management
- Identify, evaluate, and notify contract variations in a timely manner.
- Compile, price, and submit variation claims with supporting documentation.
- Assess and integrate subcontractor variations and claims during execution.
3. Quantity Measurement and Analysis
- Perform continuous post-contract measurement for accurate procurement planning and variation management.
- Review and analyze contract BOQs to identify risks and discrepancies.
- Manage subcontractor variations and lead negotiations to resolution.
4. Cost and Contract Management
- Manage project-related costs in coordination with the Procurement team.
- Maintain a register of approved variations and monitor total project value.
- Certify interim and final accounts for executed projects.
- Handle contractual matters, including extensions of time and prolongation claims.
- Draft and manage commercial and contractual correspondence to safeguard company interests.
- Coordinate with the site team to monitor, record, and report project progress.
- Prepare and submit interim and final payment applications.
- Issue subcontractor payment certificates and finalize subcontractor accounts.
- Track procurement schedules, lead times, and material deliveries.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and clients as required.
- Participate in internal and client progress meetings.
- Provide support to the Estimation team in preparing quotations.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Quantity Survey
- Valid UAE driving license
- A minimum of 8 years experience in similar role in UAE
- MS Office, CAD measurements are must
- knowledge in fit out industry (including joinery and MEP) is a must
