Quantity Surveyor

JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the cost aspects of construction projects during the initial stages, particularly focusing on the preparation of Expression of Interest (EOI) documents. Your expertise will play a key role in establishing project feasibility and providing cost evaluations that align with project goals. Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and feasibility studies for EOI submissions.
• Assess project documentation and specifications to provide accurate cost evaluations.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on cost expectations.
• Analyze market trends and pricing data to inform cost strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations on project viability based on cost assessments.
• Assist in developing EOI proposals that meet client needs and industry standards.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss cost-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10 Years’ experience including 3 years’ experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience.
• Proven experience in post-contract quantity surveying for construction projects.
• Strong understanding of quantity surveying principles, measurement techniques, and contract administration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in quantity surveying software and tool
