Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in metal fabrication, steel structures, and architectural metal works. The ideal candidate will handle cost estimation, tendering, and project cost control while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all commercial aspects of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs for metal and steel fabrication works.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative cost analyses.
• Assist in tender submissions, contract reviews, and project budgeting.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims.
• Coordinate with the Engineering and Production teams for quantity verification and project updates.
• Maintain records of all project-related correspondence and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in metal or steel fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
