Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and tender documents based on drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and perform cost analysis for project budgeting and forecasting.
  • Evaluate and verify contractor quotations and vendor bills for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage procurement of materials, subcontractor agreements, and cost control throughout project execution.
  • Monitor and record project progress and assess variations / change orders for approval.
  • Prepare and maintain cost reports, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts.
  • Support in negotiating contracts, claims, and final settlements with contractors and vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Conduct site visits to verify progress and quantities for certification and billing purposes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, and cost estimation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Quantity Surveying software (e.g., CostX, Candy, or Primavera).
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in cost and measurement calculations.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
