Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing cost-related aspects of the master plan development, ensuring financial efficiency, and certifying payments for project stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

The role involves cost estimation, contract administration, financial reporting, and compliance with contractual obligations to ensure successful project execution within budget.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in master plan developments and large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts, cost control, and payment certification processes.

The work location is in the site office in Dubai South.
