Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with solid experience in infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, drainage, and water networks. The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, tendering, and post-contract quantity surveying duties to ensure that projects are completed within budget and in compliance with contractual and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for infrastructure works.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and quantities for accuracy.
• Manage project cost control, variations, and claims.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
• Coordinate with the project team, client, and consultants on all commercial matters.
• Ensure adherence to contractual terms and cost management procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum [8] years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in infrastructure or civil construction.
• Preferably holding certifications in Quantity Surveying / Contracts Management.
