Role Description

This is a contract role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role requires on-site presence and is located in Dubai. The individual will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimations, financial planning, and effective cost monitoring throughout all phases of the project.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience with preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Skills in AutoCad and Quantity Take-off
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the construction or interior fit-out industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

Tasks

• Prepare BOQs and quotations based on drawings or site visits.
• Measure and calculate the cost of materials.
• Prepare tender submissions and take-offs.
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret plans.
• Keep track of materials procured for projects.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Salary: AED 5,000.00 – AED 7,000.00 per month.

Pay: Up to AED500.00 per month
