1. Requirements
- - Bachelor’s Degree or higher national Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- - Relevant experience in Project Quantity Surveying
- - Job experience with minimum of 7 years
- - UAE experience with minimum of 5 years
- - Experience with interior fit out works
- - Advanced commercial and contractual knowledge
- - Can communicate WELL in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
- - Ability to read drawings, specifications and interpretation of technical requirements
- - Negotiation with Client / Factory / Other Suppliers

Task description
- - Reviewing tender and IFC documents to identify scope and preparing BOQ
- - Review and reconciliation of project contracts, terms and conditions, specifications, drawings and other docs
- - Take off of quantities for estimation / procurement process
- - Inquiring prices from factory / supplier and prepare comparison and compliance sheets
- - Preparation of quotation in collaboration with respective managers
- - Budget preparation and reconciliations
- - Preparing variations to clients and review of variations from Vendors / Subcontractors
- - Preparing / update commercial reports to reporting deadlines – cost reports, project reports, work calculations, and any other that is to be required
- - Notifying commercial or contractual discrepancies / changes to Project Management
- - Prepare, review and file contractual correspondences, including claims, legal affairs, etc.
- - Support and look after all other Contractual / Commercial and Procurement tasks
- - Perform any other commercial related tasks assigned by management or seniors from time to time
- - Record keeping
