Cost Estimation & Planning

*Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQs) for projects.

*Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to support decision-making.

*Advise on cost-effective construction methods and materials.

Tendering & Procurement

*Prepare tender documents, invitations to bid, and evaluate contractor and supplier bids.

*Negotiate and award contracts ensuring compliance with company and client policies.

*Conduct value engineering to optimize project costs and performance.

Contract Administration

*Administer and manage contracts, including change orders, claims, and variations.

*Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.

*Prepare interim and final payment applications and certifications.

Cost Control & Reporting

*Monitor project costs to ensure budgets are maintained.

*Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

*Identify and report any financial risks or potential savings.

Project Coordination

*Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

*Attend site meetings to track progress and assess financial impacts of project changes.

*Support project managers in maintaining project timelines and cost objectives.

Final Accounts

*Prepare and agree on final accounts with clients and contractors.

*Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and project closeout.

Qualifications and Skills:

*Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

*Proven experience in cost management and contract administration in construction projects.

*Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

*Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.

*Proficient in cost estimation

*Strong communication and organizational skills.

*Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
