Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor (with ERP knowledge) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and controlling project costs, ensuring optimal use of financial resources throughout each project’s lifecycle. This position requires a solid understanding of construction processes, cost estimation, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and overheads.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with financial plans.
• Conduct regular cost analysis and prepare variance reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Assess and manage financial risks and propose corrective actions when needed.
• Prepare tender documents and support procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all project-related financial transactions.
• Provide guidance on contractual matters and assist in dispute resolution when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost control techniques and financial management principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and other quantity surveying software/tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
