Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilites:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and budget forecasts for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure financial control and budget compliance.
• Evaluate contractor quotations, bids, and variations to support procurement and contract decisions.
• Prepare and review contracts, tender documents, and bidding packages in line with project requirements.
• Perform cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project budgets and reduce unnecessary expenses.
• Manage progress payments and interim valuations, ensuring accurate certification of work done.
• Assess and negotiate claims, variations, and change orders with contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Education: BE Civil Engineering/ B.Tech ( Civil Engineering)10 years exp Or Graduate/BTech with 5 years Exp
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
